Not good to trade Hester. He's being a baby, but he thinks he's awesome. I don't know the specifics about the contract, but I do know he will have to work for his money. So, hopefully that makes him WANT to play better. And to me that means becoming a regular receiver; not just a punt returner. Kicking the ball out-of-bounds is a strategic option of the special teams game plan. Being an avid Bears' fan, I would like nothing more than to see Devin Hester take every kick or punt to the house. Conversely, I think it is a great feat to see a punter drop it inside the ten or see a punt roll out or fly out of bounds within the five. Unfortunately, this rule that was shot down was aimed only at one player and the NFL will not institute a rule until it becomes an epidemic league-wide and not just during Bears' games.
