The All-Star Game really looks important for bot the Cubs and Sox so far.

Josh Hamilton hits 28 home runs in the first round of the home run derby. Pretty impressive, even more impressive is that he lost.

Just watched the introductions with all the hall of fame greats. It's a bitch that I'm getting old and putting on a few pounds but it really sucks to see your heroes deteriorate like that. I vote to cut that out in the future. Haha.

Certain people just age better than others, I think Ernie Banks looked a lot better than Cal Ripkin Jr.

Also, it's never to late to work out. In the words of Yogi Berra, "It ain't over till it's over." (who also looked better than Cal Ripkin Jr.)

really though a good moisturizer helps, unless you have naturally greasy skin and then you are set! ernie banks probably looks good because black people tend to have oilier skin. asians too. that's why i don't have wrinkles, probably also because i'm not old yet. either way the key to looking young is moisturized skin. the key to not looking fat is working out. =P
