Blackhawks vs. Red Wings at Wrigley? I think this would be pretty cool. I wonder why they would choose Wrigley over Soldier Field, doesn't it hold more? I wonder what they would do about the roof tops. Anyway, kick Detroit's ass!
They wouldn't need all those seats at Soldier Field since we're talking the Black Hawks.
Is this going to be an exhibition game? I would think that they aren't using Soldier field since the Bears use it during the winter.
That's a good point, I'm sure the Bears wouldn't like them flooding the field. I don't know if it's exhibition or what, last year they had one in Buffalo, NY. I snowed like crazy.

That was a good game last year. A lot of the players said the ice sucked, but they still had a good time. I would like to see a hockey game at the friendly confines. I hope tickets are easier to get than cub tix :P
Did you see in the Trib today that it's just about set that the Hawks and Wings will play Jan 1 at Wrigley? The announcement is supposed to be at Hawk's Fest around July 18. Jan 1 at Wrigley could be kind of dicey with the weather.
